DESCRIPTION:Can a democracy impose an indefinite military occupation on an
 other people while retaining democratic values?\n\nSince Israel occupied 
 the territories of the West Bank and Gaza Strip in the 1967 war\, the mili
 tary has imposed thousands of orders and laws\, established military court
 s\, sentenced hundreds of thousands of Palestinians\, enabled half a milli
 on Israeli “settlers” to move to the Occupied Territories and develope
 d a system of long-term jurisdiction by an occupying army that is unique i
 n the entire world. The Law In These Parts explores this Apartheid legal
  system through testimonies of the military legal professionals who were i
 ts architects. The film invites the viewer to 'judge' the testimony of the
 se military judges\, yet never lets the viewer forget the place of Palest
 inian experience at the centre of this brutal system.    Directed by Ra
