 ’\n\nAlistair Morris\, Consultant Paediatrician\, Huddersfield Royal Inf
 irmary\n\nDr Morris has just returned from his fifth visit to Palestine\, 
 where\, for the past 8 years and in partnership\n\nwith the Royal College 
 of Paediatrics &amp\; Child Health and Al-Quds University in Jerusalem\, h

 e wide range of  paediatric and mental\n\nhealth issues they face every d
 ay\n\n&nbsp\;\n\n‘The Gaza Flotilla Story – it’s far from over’\n\
 nPaveen Yaqub\, Peace Campaigner and Humanitarian Aid Worker\n\nMs Yaqub w
 as aboard the Mavi Marmara\, the lead ship taking humanitarian aid to Gaza
  in 2010\n\nwhen it was stormed by Israeli commandos. Ten of her fellow ai
 d workers\, mostly shot at close range\n\nand multiple times\, were killed
  by Israeli troops. She herself was threatened\, imprisoned and criminalis
 ed.\n\nPaveen\, a Huddersfield resident\, will talk of her experiences and
  her determination to return to Gaza\n\n&nbsp\;\n\n‘Conflicting and comp
 eting narratives in Palestine and Israel’\n\nAnnie O’Gara &amp\; Paul 
 Wimpeney\, Sheffield Palestine Solidarity Campaign\n\nIt’s 2015 and Pale
 stinians are still living under occupation and siege. But another\, differ
 ent battle\n\nis being waged\, without weapons\, for a great prize - legit
 imacy. This session will explore some\n\naspects of this competition for h
 earts and minds and ways in which we can respond in order\n\nto advance ju
 stice for Palestinians.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nEvening 7pm Film £5 entry\n\n‘The
  Gatekeepers’\n\nFor the first time ever\, six former heads of Israel’
 s domestic secret service agency\, Shin Bet\, share their insights\n\nand 
 reflect on their actions and decisions in this 2012 documentary\, directed
  by Israeli filmmaker Dror Moreh.\n\nThe film offers an exclusive account 
 of the sum of their successes and failures and sheds light on the\n\ncontr
 oversy surrounding the occupation in the aftermath of the Six-Day-War in 1
 967.\n\nThe Gatekeepers was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Docume
