  Council's largest single contract is with Veolia and is due to expire in 
 2019. Birmingham tax payers contribute to the revenues of the company that
  a recent UN report identifies out as a major violator of international la
 w in its engagements in various projects on behalf of the Israeli occupati
 on. The workshop will be an opportunity for you to take part in working ou
 t an action plan to challenge the City Council's position ofcontinuing wit
 h the contract. We will discuss various tactics\, strategies and actions w
 e need to take to ensure Veolia is no longer in receipt of our monies and 
 continue to operate in Palestine to help Israel maintain its illegal occup

 local campaigns by various chapters of the Palestinian Solidarity Campaign

 rity Management contract after protests about its activities in Palestine.
