 uare\,\nLondon\, WC1 4RL (Holborn tube)\n\nThe PSC Annual General Meeting 
 is a vital event\, discussing our work over the last year\, and planning 
 the future of our campaign – including motions and elections to the Exe
 cutive Committee. Please join us there!\n\nAll members of national PSC ar
 e strongly encouraged to attend\nthe AGM. If you are not sure whether your
  membership is up to date\,\nplease contact psc.admin@palestinecampaign.or
 g or 020 7700 6192.\n\nRegister online&gt\;\n\nCost and accommodation\nCos
 t: £8 waged\, £6 unwaged (to cover cost of lunch).\n\nWe will try to arr
 ange accommodation with other members of PSC if\nrequested by 10 January 
 2014.\n\nVoting eligibility\n\n 	At the AGM\, every member in good standin
 g has one vote\, but a minimum period of membership of 3 months\, ie by 
 25 October 2013\, is necessary before voting rights are acquired.\n 	PSC 
 branches can send a delegate but this will only be valid where the branch
  affiliated has paid its subscription (£25 annually in January) Delegate
 s from affiliated national organisations with over 100\,000 members are e
 ntitled to 3 votes. Delegates from all other affiliated organisations wil
 l have one vote.\n 	The names of delegates from affiliated national organ
 isations and PSC branches must be nominated by their affiliated organisa
 tion and registered with the PSC office by 10 January 2014.\n 	In order 
 to facilitate the smooth running of the AGM\, to try to avoid lengthy reg
 istration queues\, and guarantee your lunch\, we are asking all delegates
  to pre-register for the AGM as an individual by 17 January 2014.\n 	Vot
 ing for candidates will be by ballot at the AGM. Tellers will be appointe
 d by the meeting.\n\nMotions and amendments\nMotions to the AGM\, and nomi
 nations to the executive must be\nreceived in the PSC office by 29 Novembe
 r 2013. Please keep any\nmotions to no more than 300 words.\n\nThese will 
 be sent to members by 14 December. Amendments to motions must be receiv
 ed in the PSC office by 17 January 2014. Please keep any amendments to n
 o more than 100 words.\n\nElections to the PSC Executive Committee\nThe 
 following positions are elected at the AGM: Chair\, Vice Chair\, Secretar
 y\,\nTreasurer\, Trade Union Liaison Officer\, Student Liaison Officer\, 
 Campaigns\nOfficer\, Publications Officer\, 8 ordinary members of the Exe
 cutive Committee.\n\nElection regulations and copies of the constitution a
 re available from\nthe office on request.\n\nNominations must have the nam
 e of proposer\, seconder and\ncandidate’s agreement. Candidates must ha
 ve been a national PSC member for 6 months before the AGM. Candidates ca
 n write 100 words in support of their nomination.
